How much do your sessions Cost?
All sessions excluding TRTP cost $130 per hour.
The Richards Trauma Process - $250 per session for the 3 step process.
How many sessions are needed?
This is a difficult question to answer because it is totally dependant on the client, how willing they are to change and how much the pain is outweighing the gain. It also depends on how much freedom they want. Some clients let go of things very effortlessly others take a little longer.
TRTP consists of 3 sessions. Follow up sessions to clean up any left over or missed emotions/beliefs are optional to the client or if I think they are needed. The other processes vary from client to client.

What is your goal for a client?
My goal for a client is to get them to a stage where they are no longer my client, to assist them to get back into the drivers seat of their own life. Giving them again the freedom of choice. they are free to come back for general maintenance when required. The space created during these healing sessions have the ability to bring about a deep sense of peace. It is my aim that a client learns to maintain this peace within themselves, continuing to follow through on an inward journey of remembering who they truly are without my assistance.
Basically, anyone who suffers from negative emotions from the past or limiting self beliefs. It is important to realise no matter what the issue is, be it addiction, anxiety, depression, weight problems, stress, worry, is that these problems are symptoms of a deeper issue and until that is resolved self sabotage is inevitable.
I know trauma like the back of my hand. I will also be offering support and guidance workshops for other practitioners looking to get better results and gain a better understanding of the Unconscious mind (or the body) and how it works.
When there is a clear understanding of this it is very easy to see it is always the same trick that the client is playing on themselves. Whether it be complex PTSD, Panic attack disorder or addiction issues, no issue becomes harder or simpler to resolve because it is seen as the same issue.
